European Distressed Property Firm Launches 03/12/2010

A pair of private equity real estate managers has established Resolute Asset Management, which will invest in distressed property debt in Europe and former CIS countries. The London-based advisory was founded by Bill Hancock and Robert Kingsmill, both formerly of JER Partners, a U.S. private equity real estate manager. At JER, Hancock was managing director and head of acquisitions at JER Europe, while Kingsmill was a director who worked on its CIS property fund.
